Happy October it is officially #BlackHistoryMonth here in the UK. 

The theme this year is “Saluting Our Sisters” so we decided to run a campaign throughout the month to celebrate some Black women across the UK that have contributed not only Criminology but broader areas too. The campaign officially commenced 2nd October and will run until the end of October.

What does the campaign mean for you? Well, we set the following aims & objectives so that you also get some value from it:
• Highlight the Women and their tremendous work 
• Increase awareness about theirr particular research area
• Showcase career prospects & motivate those upcoming in the discipline
• Provide an efficient means to connect people across the network and beyond
